Elliot is a co-founder of LM Energy Partners and serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to the formation of LM Energy, Elliot was the Vice President, Finance at Brazos Midstream, which developed and acquired natural gas gathering and processing and crude gathering midstream systems in the southern Delaware Basin. Before Brazos, Elliot worked at NGP, where he sourced, evaluated, structured, and monitored oil and gas investments throughout North America. He began his career at Greenhill & Co., where he worked on over $10 billion of M&A transactions related to upstream, midstream, and oilfield services businesses. Elliot received a B.B.A. in finance and a B.A. in economics from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mike is a co-founder and serves as Chairman of LM Energy Partners. Previously, Mike was a co-founder and Chairman of Discovery Midstream, which developed natural gas gathering, processing, and crude gathering midstream systems in the DJ Basin. Before forming Discovery, Mike founded the Wildcat Midstream family of companies including Wildcat Sabine Pipeline, Wildcat Caddo, and Wildcat Permian. Prior to Wildcat, his entrepreneurial ventures included Charis Partners, Nexus Gas Partners, and Cardinal Gas Solutions. Before starting these companies, he held business development and management positions with Regency Energy Partners, Rojo Pipeline Company, and Concorde Exploration. Mike holds a B.B.A. from the Cox Business School at Southern Methodist University.

Cory serves as Chief Operating Officer of LM Energy Partners. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Discovery Midstream, which developed natural gas gathering, processing, and crude gathering midstream systems in the DJ Basin. Prior to Discovery, he held various leadership positions at Energy Transfer Partners, including managing large pipeline and compressor station projects and engineering and operations in the Haynesville Shale. He previously worked at Wildcat Midstream Partners as VP of Operations overseeing the North Louisiana gathering and processing assets. Cory holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Lamar University.

Julie serves as Chief Accounting Officer of LM Energy Partners. Previously, she was the Chief Accounting Officer at Discovery Midstream. Prior to Discovery, she served as Controller and HR Director for Wildcat Midstream. Before entering the midstream industry, Julie worked in retail banking and had various accounting and managerial roles at Bank of America, Texas. Julie is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and holds a B.B.A. in finance and a B.B.A. in marketing from Texas A&M University, as well as an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Dallas.

Alex serves as Director of Finance at LM Energy Partners. He was previously a Director at FTI Consulting, where he worked on deals that spanned various industries including oil and gas, power and utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. Before FTI, he worked at TenOaks Energy and a start-up software development firm. Alex holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
