Focus on Safety

• We are focused on the well-being of our employees, our customers’ employees, and the communities in which we operate by making safety a top priority.

• We conduct regular safety training in accordance with our internal policies, and all our contractors must comply at a minimum with the LM Safety Policy.

• We implement strict design, construction, operations, and maintenance programs to increase efficiencies and ensure a safe working environment.

Environmental Stewardship

• We design, construct, and operate our systems to ensure long-term integrity and minimize potential environmental impacts.

• We meet or exceed all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and laws required to build and operate our assets.

• Our system designs and equipment selection maximizes the utilization of electric-powered controls and equipment to reduce emissions.

• We reduce trucks on our highways and roads by transporting crude oil through our pipeline gathering systems. We also reduce emissions with our natural gas pipelines and vapor recovery systems by eliminating flaring and venting.

Social Responsibility

• We make positive impacts within the communities where we live and work by volunteering our time and resources.

• We drive economic development by directly and indirectly creating jobs and increasing tax revenues for the communities surrounding our project areas.

• We promote a culture of inclusion and diversity and believe in developing our team, both personally and professionally.
